Can I take the Harmony product with a coil?
Harmony is developed to support women with a natural cycle, so we do not recommend taking it if you have a hormonal coil.
Will taking Harmony help with PCOS?
PCOS is a very complex metabolic and endocrine condition that manifests differently in different women so we cannot categorically say it will help without knowing the underlying cause. However, the ingredients in Harmony do help to naturally balance hormones, reduce inflammation and balance blood sugar.
