Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to the address you provided.
Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received full payment.

If we accept orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for ensuring that the products can be lawfully imported into your country.
You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees or other charges. These are not included in the product price or delivery charge unless clearly stated.

11. Returns and refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition, unless the product is faulty or not as described.

You may be responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

12. Statutory cancellation rights
If you are a UK consumer buying online, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, and then a further 14 days to return them.
This right may not apply to certain products, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our 30-day returns policy.
