Calm Tumeric Latte
Ingredients (serves 2)
2 cups of your favourite milk (we found coconut works well)
1 tablespoon of turmeric (freshly grated) or a teaspoon of powdered
2 teaspoons of ‘Calm’ (our pure, organic Ashwagandha)
3 or 4 black peppercorns
1 star anise
1 whole cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon of freshly grated ginger (optional)
Raw honey to taste
Method
Gently heat milk and stir in all the other ingredients except the honey, Strain and sweeten to taste.
