I've been taking this adaptogenic blend Freedom for a few weeks now and i can notice some changes. I do feel more energy than before in the morning, but i have also noticed I've had better sleep at night. Been looking for something to combat pre menopausal symptoms for a while and when I saw the positive reviews decided to give this a try. I’ve been using Freedom for an around a month now and can definitely feel an improvement in my hip pain and am sleeping better. I’ve tried a few different ways of taking it as the taste is a bit earthy but finally settled on using it in my morning coffee. The hip pain actually came back after I forgot to bring it with me in a weekend away but improved again after I started back taking it so definitely think it’s having a positive effect. Didn’t want to commit to a subscription until I had given it at least a month however now feel more confident in doing so now I’ve given it some time to see the benefits

I have enjoyed having the freedom powder in warm milk and it also mixes well with my protein. I have noticed less pain in my joints which has helped with my weight training.
