Raspberry Coconut Calm Smoothie
Ingredients:
300 ml coconut milk
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 banana (fresh or frozen)
1 serving of Calm (ashwagandha blend)
Instructions:
Blend it all up! Combine the coconut milk, frozen raspberries, and your serving of Calm. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust Consistency:
If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add a splash of water or more coconut milk.
