Calm — For Calmer, Steadier Days

I love Adaptogenic apothecary! Loving the Calm powder for days I am feeling a bit anxious and also am trying the tincture too which I love the taste! Thanks for continuing to create beautiful products. I use my freedom almost everyday in my smoothie or coffee!

I've been using Freedom for over a year now - I was/am on HRT but wanted something to support that as I was having a severely bad time. I noticed the difference from using Freedom within a week or so and I have had at least one cup of it every day since! I have also recently started using Calm for before bedtime as and when needed. I love both products and I’m sure I’ll be adding to the collection at some point soon.

Have been looking for an ashwagandha powder for a while and this looked exactly what I needed, and produced as a powder. I love it! I blend it in with my coffee and it tastes great. Definitely feeling more balanced since I started it. Thoroughly recommend

I ordered the Ashwaghanda from Adaptogenic Apothecary and have been very pleased with my purchase. The descriptions on the products on the website are really clear, which helped me decide which product to try first, as I’m new to adaptogens. The shipping was quite quick, and the container and branding are really beautiful - so much so that I’m happy to have it live on my kitchen counter! I certainly have noticed a difference in my mood since regularly taking the ashwaghanda, and have noticed a marked difference in my sleep. I usually have it with a sleepy time tea before bed and I drift right off, where I previously struggled to get and stay asleep. I won’t lie, the taste isn’t amazing, but I have found different ways of incorporating it into beverages, and tea and mixing it with kombucha are my two favourites. I will definitely be ordering from this company again! This stuff is the real deal.
