Adaptogenic Porridge
Ingredients
5 tablespoons of organic oats
150 ml milk of choice (we use coconut)
Pinch of Celtic sea salt
1/2 banana sliced
2 drops of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
Nuts/seeds of choice – we used sunflower seeds
Daily dose of Freedom (6g)
Method
Heat the milk and salt in a pan over a medium heat
Add the oats and Freedom and cook, stirring constantly, until thick and creamy (about 2 mins)
Remove from the heat and add vanilla and mix well. Top with chopped bananas, nuts/seeds and coconut flakes.
