Hormone balancing bliss balls

With Freedom (makes 12 balls, 1 serving = 2 balls)

Ingredients

1/2 cup of almonds

1/4 cup cashews

3 dates, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes and rinsed

36 grams of Freedom powder (6 daily doses)

1 tablespoon of water; slightly more if needed

1/4 raw beetroot, peeled and chopped into small pieces

Raw cacao nibs/powder for dusting or coconut flakes

Method

Add the almonds, cashews, beetroot, dates and Freedom into a food processor and blitz well. The mixture should be as dry as possible, so add water a little bit at a time.

 Roll into small balls and coat with cacao nibs/powder or coconut flakes. Let them cool in the fridge for 20 mins.
