We are delighted to share our biggest awards haul yet: Adaptogenic Apothecary has won four honours at the Wellness From Within Awards 2026, spanning immunity, women’s health, sleep, and energy and vitality.
For our small, sister-founded British business, the results feel especially meaningful. They recognise four very different formulas—and the careful thinking that runs through our whole range.

Gold for Protect in Immunity
Protect received the highest honour, taking Gold in the Immunity category. This alcohol-free glycerite brings together elderberry, holy basil, olive leaf, ginger and Siberian ginseng in an easy, measured 2ml daily serving.

Protect was created as a simple botanical ritual for changing seasons. It can be taken directly from the dropper or added to water or another drink, making it an easy addition to a daily routine.
Silver for Freedom in Women’s Health
Freedom won Silver in the Women’s Health category. Formulated for women navigating perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause, the daily powder combines 12 adaptogens, functional mushrooms and botanicals.
Freedom was designed to make a consistent midlife routine feel straightforward: one 6g scoop each day, stirred into coffee, a smoothie or another drink. It can be used on its own or alongside prescribed care, including HRT, following advice from a healthcare professional.
Silver for Peace in Better Sleep
Peace received Silver in the Better Sleep category. It is a cacao-and-vanilla evening powder made with 12 carefully selected ingredients, including magnesium glycinate, L-theanine, ashwagandha and jujube seed.
Mixed into a warm drink at least an hour before bedtime, Peace is intended to make the evening wind-down feel comforting and consistent—because the rituals we genuinely enjoy are often the ones we are most likely to keep.
Bronze for Inhale in Improved Energy & Vitality
Inhale won Bronze in the Improved Energy & Vitality category. This portable, alcohol-free glycerite was created for moments when you want a simple get-going ritual, without having to prepare a powder.
Its measured daily serving can be taken directly from the dropper or added to a drink, making Inhale particularly easy to fit around busy days and travel.
Medical Herbalist-formulated, with nothing unnecessary
Every Adaptogenic Apothecary formula is developed by Sara Rooney, BSc (Hons), Medical Herbalist. Sara combines professional herbal knowledge with carefully selected botanicals, adaptogens and functional mushrooms, considering not only the individual ingredients but how they work together as a complete formula.
Our powders and glycerites are made without fillers, bulking agents, artificial additives, flavourings, colours or emulsifiers. That commitment to purposeful formulation is shared across the range, whether the goal is a steadier menopause routine, an evening ritual, everyday seasonal support or more momentum on a demanding day.
