I initially started with the freedom blend which I love in my overnight oats for breakfast, but I’ve since tried the peace blend in the evening for relaxing wind down before bed and I love it 🥰 thank you so much for creating these amazing adaptogenic blends 🙏

Sleeping better and no brain fog

I have almost completely cut out caffeine and sleeping so much better. One star knocked off as can't easily pause or skip subscription so have to cancel and then order as one offs which is more expensive. Easy to fix I hope....

Peace-This has made such a difference…

Peace-This has made such a difference for when my brain just can't switch off. It gently quietens my head and allows me to drift off. I've never been a good sleeper and midlife has not helped. I don't use this nightly as I don't want to get too used to it but when I do, I sleep so much better and I don't wake super early quite as often. If I wake in the night I'm more likely to be able to go back to sleep again. A win from me.
