I formulated the luteal powder to specifically support women during the second half of their cycle, when hormonal shifts can trigger mood changes, cravings, and fatigue. By combining adaptogens like ashwagandha and reishi with targeted botanicals, the formula helps to calm the nervous system, balance mood, and support restful sleep. My approach was to use gentle, food-based ingredients that work in synergy to nourish both body and mind, making this blend effective yet suitable for daily use. The result is a sachet that helps you feel more balanced, resilient, and supported throughout your luteal phase.
